The Brazilian Young Physicians Committee was recently created by the current president of our Association (ABORLCCF), Dr Geraldo Druck Sant’Anna. The objective is to make ABORLCCF a welcoming environment for all young ENT doctors in the country. These young physicians have their own demands and difficulties, and the Association can and should assist them in the beginning of their professional lives…
