- Explore cutting-edge technologies, equipment, and techniques.
- Discuss groundbreaking ideas relevant to the global ORL community.
As the future leaders of our field, YOu bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and unique goals. Congresses provide an invaluable space to exchange ideas about education, research, clinical practice, and the implementation of new approaches. They also foster discussions on overcoming barriers, ensuring that no challenge hinders progress.

Goals and Projects of the Congress Organization Committee
The Congress Organization Committee is dedicated to fostering the active involvement and professional growth of young otolaryngologists (YO). Our efforts are focused on creating meaningful opportunities for young physicians to participate in international congresses and events. The key goals and projects of our committee include:
Targeting Young Healthcare Providers:
Prioritizing initiatives that engage and benefit young physicians, residents, and early-career professionals, rather than focusing primarily on senior practitioners.
Enhancing YO Participation:
Actively encouraging and increasing the involvement of young physicians in various international congresses and events.
Designing YO-Focused Congress Sessions:
Developing themes and topics specifically tailored to the interests and needs of young professionals. These often include cutting-edge techniques such as robotic surgeries, minimally invasive procedures, and advanced endoscopic approaches.
Advocating for YO Representation:
Ensuring that the perspectives, needs, and interests of young physicians are adequately represented in congress planning and decision-making processes.
Offering CME Accreditation:
Ensuring that all international conferences provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, which are vital for the professional development and career progression of young physicians.
Providing Financial Support:
Promoting special discounts for YO registration fees at international meetings, with a particular emphasis on supporting young residents.
Facilitating Collaboration Across YO Committees:
Supporting the goals of other YO-IFOS committees, such as those focused on education, networking, and research, by fostering close collaboration during congress meetings.
The Congress Organization Committee remains committed to empowering young otolaryngologists by creating platforms for learning, networking, and professional advancement, ensuring they are equipped to shape the future of the field.
